Terms for Advocates / Lawyers

Introduction: You are welcome in the Apps and Website of “Find my Advocate”. Here of use of described using terms and condition (“Collectively “using terms & conditions” or this “Agreement”, among you are the Apps user Advocate and Find my advocate apps and authority does build one of legal agreement.

If you are complied to engaging with the following terms & conditions, then let to use Apps/website, otherwise if not to be agreed, then let to restrain from using of Apps/Website.

We are to keep preserve the power to change or addition of any kinds of principles of the Apps/Website. You will be treated to us as an Apps user Lawyer and to be treated as an assistance of Legal Service.

We believe that you will smoothly be maintained of the following written terms & conditions:

1. Supply of Legal Information

To supply only legal information basis subject matter in view of Apps/Website and on the basis of demand of Apps user to be communicated with the legal adviser (advocate).

2. Booking and Consultation Guidelines

Apps/website user client for taking of any kinds of legal service, through (Find my Advocate) Apps if is wanted to be communicated with any Lawyer in Mobile/wanted to meet in the Chamber, then shall be bound to be given of fixed booking charge. Due to the cause of giving booking charge, we will be made to communication with the lawyer to the Apps user that means your Mobile Number and Chamber Address will be given him, then you an Apps user advocate in fully own responsibility and in full sense shall be fixed of meeting time schedule.

In this case should be mentioned that,

by the Apps user client to any Lawyer in the primary stage of given book charge basis shall be bound to provide which kinds of assistance to the said clients by the Lawyer:

  • After details heard of legal problems of Apps user client shall to fixing of programs.
  • Among the Apps using client and Lawyer may be happened of short discussion in the preliminary stage.
  • Problems of details related documents shall be made of primary verification and sorting.
  • Among the apps user client and lawyer, case/suit previous and case/suit after operation related all kinds of expenditure and on the basis of discussion in relation of remuneration of the lawyer shall be taken with fixing. (Legal Fee/Remuneration may be changed as per experience of the lawyer).
  • In the Primary stage by the Apps user client, on the basis of given booking charge and after meeting, to the Apps user client at any stage could not be influenced in other sector.

As you are one of the Apps user Lawyer, if you are by the Apps user client of accepted booking money acceptance within two working days, if does not communicate with the client or unable to meet into the chamber, then your payable remuneration from the booking money shall be deducted.

3. Third-Party Role and Fee Discussions

We are (Find my Advocate) as only the third party do communicate of Apps user client to the lawyer. Any kinds of Apps user client in consciously after communicate with the lawyer received from Apps and in the Power of Attorney (Vokalatnama) before giving power to run case/suit to the lawyer, App user Lawyer to his client case/suit operation related all kinds of expenditure and his remuneration related discussion shall be performed. Among the Client giving power to the Power of Attorney (Vokalatnama) and Lawyer, any kinds of transaction, procedure or any kinds of problem purpose, we have (Find my Advocate Apps and Website) authority shall not be liable by any means.

4. Profile Accuracy and Liability

“Find my Advocate Apps/website” user Advocate in the case of creating “Advocacy Profile” in self-willingly of License Number of Bangladesh Bar Council and own District’s Lawyer Society’s membership number or any kinds of wrong/false statement to add into the profile if is taken shelter of falsification, for it, the only the said Apps use Advocate shall be liable. In this case, by the said Apps user lawyer of added false/wrong information purpose (Find my Advocate Apps and website authority) shall not be liable by any means.

5. Client Rights

Apps user client through signing of Power of Attorney (Vokalatnama) shall be treated as your client. The said client from the Lawyer after taken (No Objection Certificate) shall keep right to change of Lawyer.

6. Professional Conduct and Restrictions

As one of the Apps user Lawyer, through the social communication, you any kinds of advertisement, publication and adverse remarks in relation of this Apps to make shall be bound to restrain. By any means, in the said Apps in the period registration remaining, against of any lawyer, if there is proved to run advertisement/publication, then in the Apps of the said Lawyer shall be cancel of registration and in relation of the said complaint, according to the Rule 2 of Chapter 1 of Canons of Professional Conduct and Equity, for any kinds of decision (Find my Advocate Apps and website authority) shall not be liable by any means. As I am an Apps/website user Lawyer shall be maintained rules about Canons of Professional Conduct and Equity/Ethic and due to the cause of professional misconduct according to the paragraph 32(1) of Bangladesh Bar Council Order and Rules, 1972, Bangladesh Bar Council could be maintained punishment for the guilty advocates.
